3. API & BYOK Terms

Write IQ operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. You are solely responsible for compliance with OpenAI's (or any other LLM provider's) Terms of Service when using their API key through our platform. Write IQ is not responsible for any overages, API bans, or restrictions placed on your third-party API accounts.
